Spring has definitely Sprung! Mid City received a shipment of fruit trees last week that included Apricots, Peaches, Cherries, & Pears. We also have a nice selection of Blueberries at the moment. We are glad that we have been able to provide an environment where our customers can come safely roam around in the outdoors, soaking in the sunshine & the greenery. Please remember, when you are visiting to Respect everyone's 6 feet of spacial distancing. Those veggie aisles can get... a bit crazy! We are doing our best to help you, while remaining further away than usual. It's been an adjustment for all of us. It has been wonderful to see the majority of our customers wearing face masks, and respecting that we cannot give you the customer service we are used to giving. As I have been staying home these past several days, I've been able to spend time in my backyard enjoying the wonderful fragrance wafting down from my blooming orange & lemon tree. This is just one of the wonderful perks of owning my own citrus trees. Not to mention the tasty, tree ripened fruit every year! We can help you choose what fruit will be best for your yard. UPDATE: Mid City Nursery will temporarily be closed starting Sunday March 22nd until further notice. That means that we have three full days to tend to your gardening needs and pick up supplies! What better way to enjoy your time at home than being outside tending to your plants and starting your spring veggies. Our team looks forward to seeing you all!!! ... We hope to get back to normal operation soon in early April in time for a wonderful spring.
