What do we do at Gemini Fit? Aside from our main jam being HIIT/Tabata - We use basic functional movement patterns such as, pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, lifting and gait patterns (running and walking) to achieve your fitness goals.

One of the things I’m most proud of here at Gemini Fit is creating a place and holding space for those women and young girls to strengthen their body and mind, feel good about themselves and feel empowered Simone came in with her iPad while her mother worked out..after a few minutes she shut the iPad and just watched her mother..after a few more minutes, she whispered something to her mother and then came to ask me if she could try..I happily obliged. And within a few more minutes, Simone was squatting on a bosu ball

TUESDAY MOTIVATION: EMOM @ home 10 deadlifts (heavy) 20 jump squats 30 curtsy squats (15 each leg) 30 Russian twist (medium weight)... Plank hold EMOM = Every minute on the minute do you each one of these for one minute. If you finish take the rest of the minute to recover. At the end of four minutes hold your plank for one for minute. Repeat three times!

Monday plan. Work. Sweat. Repeat.
