An update on shipping and FAQs: - We can no longer offer the free shipping code as we hoped. We are a small business shipping out delicate boxes of handmade gelato in a pandemic. 2020 got the best of us here! Our sincerest apologies. Thank you for understanding. - If you order by tonight, the 24th, your order will be made and shipped for New Year's Day delivery. Orders after today will ship the first week of January. ... - Due to the delicate nature of the product and the fact that we custom make each flavor the day before shipping, we do not ship on the weekends. We can only ship Monday and Tuesday of each week. This ensures the gelato arrives to you fresh and cold. - How does the gelato stay cold? We ship all orders via refrigerated UPS 2nd Day Air, as well as pack the gelato in an insulated thick foam cooler with dry ice, which keeps its temperature at -109 degrees. - Shipping concerns. Once we pack and ship your boxes, we are up against one of the worst shipping delays of our time. We are working side by side with UPS, but sometimes things happen beyond our control.
