About the Position The Supervisor will be responsible for the management of a team of employees by providing constant feedback and communicating company goals. Position Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in the garage doors industry Managing the workflow of the employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement Assessing with outdoor and indoor sell. Ensuring that business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met Training and onboarding new hires to ensure they understand their roles Setting goals for works and ensure they comply with the company s plans and visions Minimum of two years supervisory experience Five years experience in the garage door and Gates industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving skills to include conflict resolution, manage customer Complaints and department productivity issues Additional knowledge, skills, and abilities: Demonstrated strong communication skills: Listening, verbal, written, and presentation. Self-motivated and driven. Able to work on Saturday. Advanced leadership and team management skills Commitment to learning the business and work to support business priorities. Proven people management. A committed team player able to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
