Garden Grove Day Camp is back! Children ages 5-12, come join in on the fun, starting June 14-August 13! Children will participate in outdoor activities, crafts, and special guest presentations. Registration starts TOMORROW, April 27, 2021. Teens, ages 13-17, are invited to join our Counselor In Training program to gain skills in camp leadership. Fill out an application today! In case you missed our Drive-Through Eggscavation event this year, check out this recap produced by our very own Garden Grove TV 3! We passed out over 4,000 candy-filled eggs at the event and families even had the chance to take a photo with the Easter Bunny from the safety of their vehicles. Thank you for joining us and we hope to see you all in-person at Atlantis Play Center next year!

Join the H. Louis Lake Senior Center every Thursday from 1:00 PM 2:00 PM for their Let’s Chat About It series! The next session will be on April 8th and features a wellness workshop, presented by SCAN, called Healthy Grieving: How to Live After Loss. Future sessions will include information about virtual recreation opportunities for seniors, a DIY spring craft, and an information session about 2-1-1 Orange County, a resource and referral system for various support needs. This program is for individuals 55+, if you are not familiar with Zoom a staff member from the center can assist you. Call the H. While we can’t have our traditional carnival celebration, we still wanted to bring a little Halloween spirit to Garden Grove. Join us on Friday, October 23rd for a movie in the park! We’ll be watching Hocus Pocus at Garden Grove Park so bring your blankets, foldable chairs, some snacks, and be sure to wear your costume!
