The week started off sunny and bright, a promising start for our solar water fountain. As the week progressed with many overcast days, our younger friends expressed concern over the 'broken' fountain #scienceinquiry

Each year on Tu B'shvat we plant a new fruit tree to add to our growing Gan West gardens(fig, olive, lemon, orange, and kumquat). This year instead of buying a new tree, it was very meaningful to plant an Etrog (citron) tree that grew from a seed we planted a few years ago!
