I've gotten maybe five calls about this, so I will post it here as well. We are not closed. We will continue to operate at our reduced capacity and still allow indoor shopping. While I personally don't think in and out shopping in our little neck of the woods has any impact on the current pandemic, shutting our doors a week before Christmas without any compensation would result in us shutting them forever. As such, we will continue to enforce masks (above the nose) and provid...e hand sanitization for those who need anything before the holidays. To smooth things out even more, you can order anything on the phone, and I am honestly willing to deliver anything you might need after regular hours. We're still here! This is the most common response I have to people asking how we're doing. The shut downs haven't killed us just yet, though California sure is trying. The second most common question is "Do you have commander legends" and the answer is yes! We've finally been able to restock Commander legends, both collectors and draft packs! These probably won't last the weekend, so come get them while you can. We also have a ton of board games for Christmas shoppers.

For those of you looking to pick up your commander legends collectors and commander decks, please understand UPS has delayed the shipment. It was supposed to be here yesterday, got delayed until today, but then they shrugged their shoulders and went ehh, Monday. I'm currently politely discussing with them how a one day ship turning into a 5 day ship is silly, and that it would have been easier for me to drive to Reno and do their job myself. Fun times. I'll update the page if anything changes.

Believe it or not, Jumpstart is in the building! We have 10 boxes (184.99) in stock, or 11.99 (per pack) before tax. Last time we got jumpstart in, it lasted the weekend. I don't expect this to be any different.

Double Masters is out in a week. Please remember to get your preorders in by tomorrow! For those who don't quite know what double masters is, Each pack will contain: 2 rares 2 Foils Other stuff. ... And some of the big cards you can get are Jace, The mind Sculptor. Mana Crypt. Force of Will. Karn, Liberated, Sword of Feast or Famine, doubling season, and a ton of Borderless alternate art cards as well. Not to mention the beautiful full art lands. Don't sleep on this one.

It's been over a year and a half since Wizards released Penultimate Masters. It was a good masters set. No, a great masters set! The almost last ever masters set! It was so good that they made another one! Two another ones in one. You heard me. Double Masters Double masters releases in two weeks, and we'll have it ready for you when you preorder through us. For 339.99, you can get a sealed booster box with two box toppers. For 99.99, you can get a VIP Booster pack, which comes with whatever those come with (seriously it's kind of a mystery) and if you're super cool, you can get a Japanese VIP booster pack also for 99.99 and get whatever those come with, but in Japanese. Now look upon the art least likely to get you to buy this product!

Do you still play pokemon go? Man, I sure so. Naintic has set up a nomination process to provide relief for any small businesses. These are things that can always help us out, so if you have about ten minutes, feel free to nominate us. I play every day, and think it's amazing how they're putting back into the community.

Jumpstart is a week away, and of course it will be very limited (at first.) As such, we will only be receiving 8 booster boxes in this first wave. That being said, we are opening up preorders for product on a first come first serve basis. Preorders will be 199.99 + tax (218.49.) If any more open up, we will announce that here as normal.

Fedex is a worthless company. Don't use Fedex. They decided not to complete the order and it's stranded somewhere and I can't get to it. They won't ship it on Saturday, either. So it will arrive Monday. Sorry everyone! We're still open though.

Galaxy Games continued existence update: We still exist. Whether or not it stays that way is up to you. With little in the way of actual covid-19 aid or reform in the way stores are allowed to do business, June or July may be the last months we're open. However, this is your opportunity to help us fix that! Wizards of the Coast has provided us with a multitude of ways for you to support us. That being said, the following items are available, specifically designed by Wizards ...of the Coast for you to show love to your local game store! First, the Love Your Local Game Store promotion. With any in-stock, full box purchase, you can receive a free Mechagodzilla, Battle Fortress Hangarback Walker(no limit, while supplies last.) Also, anyone who spends at least 10.00 on MtG products will recieve a free reliquary tower promotional item, limit one per customer. If that weren't enough, to go along with this promotion, WotC has graciously donated an allocation of Mystery Booster boxes designed to be used as an LGS stimulus package. These will be 199.99 and can be used to get that gorgeous mechagodzilla above! And for those of you who have been asking, we will have available FIVE Secret Lair Ultimate Edition. You will receive one random card for each four packs you bought or four packs you will buy or an entire sealed pack for every box you've purchased or will purchase. We'll open till 7 Pm all weekend. reminder if you have any singles purchases you wish to make you must contact us ahead of time so we can pull them without you lingering in the store.
