Yesterday started great and got greater. This is not about the DMV, but it did start that way. Surprise, I walked into the DMV without an appointment at 7 am when they openedand left at 7:09 a.m with everything done! I know, the unicorn experience. The afternoon topped that by a mile. Chiropractors, you know how this ends. Others please read on. My young female patient stopped care after 4 months because she lost the financial support from her family to help out. She’s a ful...l time student and looking for a job. Resources are limited. She tells me this as we say goodbye, paraphrasing as best I can ‘You have made such a positive impact in my life. I always thought I deserved to be held down by the people that were around me but somewhere through this process I realized it doesn’t have to be that way. I feel different. I feel better. I moved out on my own, I deal with things different (raising her arms up triumphantly almost like Rocky Balboa) and I don’t know if it’s connected to chiropractic and what we’re doing but I feel that it is. I don’t know. It’s great!’ Now this girl originally came in with the usual aches and pains that bring people to a chiropractor. She had much deeper pain emotionally and socially in her life that came to light as we talked. Physical limitations are relatively easy to help eliminate compared to the deeper stuff. I knew a transformation was possible, not guaranteed, but possible because as a chiropractor, I know this happens. I never told her that. She would have wondered What is this guy saying you press on my spine and my ability to feel validated in the world will appear? What is going on? And the truth is that she would have lost her trust in my ability to focus on her main complaint and out the door she’d go. But I’ve seen and heard similar stories from other patients. It never gets old!!! This is what makes me love what I do. The smile on that girl’s face and the ease that propels her through her day now are priceless to her! All accomplished simply by liberating the body’s innate healing capacity, physical mental and spiritual well-being IS possible; and all without the need for invasive interventions. See your chiropractor and maybe turn the life YOU have into the life you want.

VAXXED letter to Facebook It was tough watching and learning the details of corruption, lies and intentional harm perpetrated on millions of kids by the CDC and US government as shown in the movie VAXXED. This information thankfully become known through the efforts of a whistleblower inside the CDC. VAXXED is about vaccine safety and not a pro or con vaccine stance. To learn that the success of a US government program means more to the government than the health of the childr...en is sickening, and to me criminal. Even now that the truth is known about the MMR vaccine and U.S. Senator Posey of Florida called for action in July 2015, Congress has done nothing to investigate and has still not called the CDC whistleblower to testify. According to the film’s producers, there are four actions you can take to save the lives of children and adults worldwide. This is a worldwide problem and not just confined to the U.S. 1. Contact your US Senators, Congresswomen and Congressmen to demand they subpoena Dr. William Thompson the CDC whistleblower to testify in Congress and implore them to investigate these claims of CDC fraud, data omission and document destruction. 2. Demand the repeal of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. This act gives vaccine manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies 100% immunity from prosecution and liability in cases where vaccine injury occurs. 3. Insist that lawmakers reclassify vaccines be classified the same as pharmaceuticals they currently are not so that safety studies must be done accordingly. 4. The data showed the combined MMR vaccine to be dangerous and the individual vaccines for measles, mumps and rubella to be less so. Ask that manufacturers make single vaccines available again so parents at least have a choice to lessen the risk somewhat if they choose to vaccinate. It is unconscionable that this deliberate deception is allowed to continue and its perpetrators to remain influential in the industry. Watch this trailer. There is a screening this Friday 4/22 in Carmel Valley. This is the same film just pulled from Robert DeNiro's Tribeca Film Festival after it was originally scheduled. It is advertised as a film about CDC corruption.... I have not yet seen the film. I encourage you to watch this trailer and consider going to the screening.

Just finished a great read, The Geography of Thought. I learned that Western kids learn to read with the Dick and Jane book and sentences like "See Dick run" and "See Jane play" while Eastern kids learn to read looking at a picture of a smaller boy on the shoulders of a bigger boy and sentences like "Big brother takes care of little brother" and "Little brother loves big brother." We study objects while the Eastern countries teach relationships.... Your thots?
