I had been watching the market for about a year to get an idea of the proper price to list at. Gabriel asked me about 5 questions and told me what he thought the proper price was. It was the exact number that I had decided after my research, and exactly the price that my home ended up appraisi...ng for. I was really impressed. He always responded to my calls and messages promptly as well as constantly keeping me updated on progress with inspections, open houses, other realtor showings, etc.. I felt like he was always available and on top of the process. At one point there was a hiccup (which was completely my fault) and he was completely patient and understanding even though it made his job harder. He even went above and beyond to arrange for the problem to be taken care of himself. I was going back and forth from the house I was selling and my new home in another state and Gabe really helped me out making sure inspections and repairs were done when I couldn't be there.
