Went to the job today to work and see how far the guys are getting and they are kicking butt. 2 Completely new HVAC systems and installing zoning in the house. All new duct work and running copper today. I love this job so much.

Changed out a swamp cooler today and another one going in tomorrow.

Customer called heater not operating correct. The burners did not sound right, checked gas pressure found it to be fine but it smelled as if it was not burning the right way. Keep in mind this a LP system. Soot was all over in the heat exchanger I tried to blow it out. Well that did not solve my issue. Other people had been out there and said could be a bad heat exchanger. So with that me and Dan said the heat exchanger has to be plugged with soot. So check this video out. We cleaned it out and re-installed the exchanger and now is working like new. Customer is now happy, Job well done.
