Supervisor Susan Peters honors Fulton El Camino Recreation and Park District (FECREC) Director Mike Grace at the dedication of the new foot bridge and bathrooms at Cottage Park this evening, and presents Mike with a Resolution from the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors. Mike is retiring as General Manager of FECREC at the end of this month. We are grateful to Mike for his service with the Parks, but he still holds an important seat at our Board of Directors table. Congratulations Mike!

On behalf of Arden Arcade HART (Homeless Assistance Resource Team), thank you to Rich Desmond, candidate for District 3 Supervisor for the delivery of the donation of 1,000 masks from the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affiars Association (APAPA). This donation of masks will be distributed to people experiencing homelessness in the Arden Arcade area. Now, more than ever, we ALL need to mask up, and keep one another as safe as possible. Thank you for the blessed, and much needed donation Rich Desmond and APAPA! Donations of hygiene items, socks, underwear, and deodorant are being accepted every Monday until July 27th from 10a-12n at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer located at 4641 Marconi Avenue. All donations are tax deductible. Many thanks.
