Hello! I'm Abigail Fleisner and I'd like to introduce myself and the new Full Circle Acupuncture Facebook page. Earlier this year I purchased Full Circle Acupuncture from the amazing Deborah Barry. She is living the Hawaii retirement dream and doing well! Shortly after taking over I made the responsible decision to close during COVID-19 uncertainties. With more understanding and new sanitation guidelines in place I feel prepared to re-open soon. Please reach out with any... questions or concerns. Good news is coming. I will be re-opening in June and be taking appointments soon. In the meantime this email is to prepare you for appointments and what things will look like due to new guidelines. Please take the time to read this email in its entirety. Sanitation Updates I have updated my office sanitation procedures. I have upgraded to industrial ozone generators and UVC lights that will run each night to deeply disinfect. During the day, I have upgraded to HEPA air ...filters for the clinic, and am installing touch-less devices around the clinic and bathroom. Also, I will be diffusing germ fighter aroma during office hours. Finally, I have stocked up on disinfectants to clean my office in order to accommodate multiple patients in a day. I have to be completely comfortable working there, so that you will be able to relax and feel safe. Schedule Starting soon, I will only be taking appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to minimize patient-to-patient interactions in the office environment. Days in-between allow for the deeper sanitation. For now, I will only be treating existing patients. I will be re-evaluating this position as the situation evolves, but until further notice, I am not accepting new patients. I will contact you soon to schedule. Check-In Procedure Please contact me immediately if you have a fever, a cough, sneezing, or simply do not feel well. We can always reschedule your appointment. Before your appointment you will be emailed a screening survey to fill out prior. You will also be emailed a new COVID Consent form. These have to be completed and returned before your appointment. *Payments can be made online prior to your appointment to limit contact. If paying with cash please have correct amount. If paying with check have check ready before appointment. *Please arrive on time and wait in your car until you get a text message or phone call from me to enter the office. No one is allowed to wait in the lobby before, during or after your appointment time. *Please wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. (I will be wearing one as well.) *I will greet you by opening the door and take your temperature. After sanitizing your hands, I will immediately take you to the treatment room, so that you do not need to contact any surfaces. *Please wear comfortable clothing so that you can avoid undressing. (Tank top and shorts will be desirable, but loose-fitting pants will work just as well.) If you need to change, as always, you can still do that. Thank you for letting me take care of your health.
