We continue to follow CDC guidelines and are here for your stress and pain management as well as peace of mind. Our doors are open by appointment only, and we answer the phone when you call. <3

We share some aspects with the categories of yoga studios, personal care services, and tutoring centers, but we are not quite any of those. We want you to know that since March we have implemented all CDC measures that apply to our practice here as a one-to-one teaching and healing arts studio. I have highlighted the portions of the CDC checklist that will keep us open to safely receive clients while Orange County weathers the stagnation of the Purple tier this winter.
