I chose Phi Mu because I am constantly surrounded by women who radiate confidence and lift each other up! Without Phi Mu I would never have found my home away from home and most of all my girl gang. Phi Mu has given me so much including lifetime sisters that I never knew I needed! - Serena fall ‘18
The sisters of Eta Zeta strive to uphold the values of the Phi Mu creed. We condemn any acts of hatred, racism, and injustice towards the Black community. We are committed to having a sisterhood dedicated to anti-racism and advocating against the injustices the Black community faces. The Loveland Foundation is committed to showing up for communities of color in unique and powerful ways, with a focus on Black women and girls. Their resources and initiatives are collaborative... and they prioritize opportunity, access, validation, and healing. Through fellowships, residency programs, listening tours, and more, ultimately the foundation hopes to contribute to both the empowerment and the liberation of the communities they serve. To our Black sisters of Phi Mu and the Black community as a whole, the sisters of Eta Zeta stand with you. We call on the sisters of our chapter and others to donate to the The Loveland Foundation using the link in our profile. If you cannot donate, we encourage you to learn more about this foundation at https://thelovelandfoundation.org/ The link for the donation drive will be in our Bio See more

Mu Monday Adventure awaits... wishing we were making more memories with our sisters right now! Tag a sister you need a vacation with!
As our semester was cut short and self-isolation was put into place, life took an unexpected toll. We learn that life can be unexpected and may not always be easy, especially during times this. It is easy to get sad and that is okay!! The things we said we didn’t have time for, we now have time for. Take the time being as an opportunity to focus on yourself. Rest more, try at-home workouts, find a new hobby, read a book, or make TikToks!! (seems to popular right now) You an...d your health are so important which is why we take this time seriously. We can’t wait to be back with our friends and hug them dearly. We wish for all of you to stay home and be safe. All in all, it is okay to feel emotional! You are not alone. If you haven’t already, it is time to turn this negative into a positive! Sometimes we need words of encouragement to motivate us during hard times. Here are some words of encouragement that we would like to share with you Tag a sis you can’t wait to hug when quarantine is over!!! See more
