My name is Aranzasu De La O and I lead the LA youth at Work program - a workforce development effort to prepare young adults ages 16-24 for entry-level employment at the L.A. Area Chamber of Commerce. We have a great opportunity for you to help with a Work Readiness Certification (WRC) event coming up on Tuesday, June 30thth 10:00am-1:00pm. We are hosting a WRC for high school students who are applying to jobs. You will help conduct mock interviews to help us select the bes...t candidates for these entry-level jobs. We will have a short training session for you before we start the interviews. Please let me know if you would be available to come to any or both events. This program is entirely volunteer driven, your support will help prepare many high school youth for employment and empower them to advance into post-secondary education. Location Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce 350 S. Bixel St. Los Angeles, CA 90017 *Parking is validate, enter our garage through 4th Street and proceed to the 1st Floor Lobby.
