Cindy is down 18 and a half inches Patti is chasing with 14 and a half inches...in just 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!! Jayne where are you????????????

And so it begins...weight loss though the holidays....really? We are all fighting for the crown in the next month...weight and measurements today... should be fun.

Our very own Amaera Baylaurel will be at the Fountain of Health tonight 6:30-7:45 p. m. instructing us in Hatha Yoga level 1 & 2 anyone is welcome and no experiance is necessary all you need is to walk thru that door. 689-0222 for info.
