We are back open for in door dining with limited seating inside. In order to balance that, we have reduced tables in our temporary parking lot patio. All alcohol will only be served with food. Please remember to wear your facial coverings and practice social distancing. Our temporary COVID kitchen hours will remain the same Mon-Fri 11am-10pm, Sat-Sun 9am-10pm. You must order food by 10pm and can remain in the building till 11pm to finish your meal. Our crew at the Forum wants to thank you for all your continued support! Just a couple of quick things, we want to remind you all that we are doing our best to be flexible and stay open. This means we have to follow some simple guidelines. ~ 1. Wear a facial covering to enter/exit or stand up from your seat. 2. Dining outside on one of our patios is currently the only option. 3. Less than 6 people per table, no large parties. ... 4. Beer or Alcohol is served with a meal. What makes a meal? Not fries, not a side of chips but rather a couple of tacos, seafood basket, or a burger. Something along those lines. When your done eating it will be time to go. 5. Please no children are allowed to run around any patio area. They must stay at your table. Our servers are busy and vision below our noses is restricted due to facial coverings.
