This is the vaunted Christmas tree being put up in Rockefeller Square in New York City. I think it says something about mans spirit right now. A tree that reflects hopelessness, defeat, a lack of joy. A grim tree to be sure. Never in my life time has there been such an opportunity for the life of Christ to shine in you as now. As it gets darker His light becomes all the more bright.... His joy has always been the strength of His kids. Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. You are loved and blessed. He always has the final word over all things.

Time to go under and deep. The greatest health care plan known to man is as close as I have ever seen it on this earth. We all have access through Holy Spirit enrollment. Through Him and in Him we will experience the cathartic release as your inner man becomes whole maybe for the first time in a long time.... Go into your quiet place, inner man and present yourself to Him. Humble yourself by putting away your agenda. Entertain the possibility that a lot of what we see around us has a lot to do with you. Actions or inaction's. Begin to take responsibility for your own heart. Press into mourning about the loss and the hurts that you know and see around you. In this place of humility and mourning you will experience a few things right away. Grace starts to flow into you enabling you to begin to render, expose the hidden places of your heart that have been captured by bitterness harbored in rejection. What was hidden in you but seen by Him gets exposed and the desire to be free from it is quickened in you. As mourning for this condition increases the one who promises to comfort reveals Himself. Offering to change the waters of rejection and bitterness to the waters of His life that are pure and glorious. We acknowledge to Him the truth of what He already knows. Our hearts are far from Him. We have left our first love. We walk by the downtrodden. Its not about the other guy. Its us. We ignore His house to the detriment of our own. Lust instead of light fills our eyes. We are full of all kinds of bitterness as we criticize, find fault, mock, belittle releasing words into the spirit realm that reflect the condition of the earth. We speak out to Him of all the reasons we have been hiding from Him because we were naked. Our hearts laid bare with nothing to cover us. As we begin to weep a desire for freedom begins to well up in us. A longing for Him the one who sets captives free. Completely free leaving nothing in chains. One by one by one each transgression, deep wound, roots of rejection and inequity are pulled out from our being. Those things get judged by His love for us. We discover His judgements are about our freedom and His love. He creates in us a clean heart and clothes us in righteousness gives us garments of salvation. The freedom that comes from meeting John the Baptist (repentance) who introduces us to the Christ, reveals the kindness of God which lead us to repentance in the first place. This is the deep healing that is available to us right now. Much of our biology today and the ecosystems we see in the earth today exist because we have not met John the Baptist. Who brings us to Jesus who in turn heals the nations. There is freedom in Him that can only be tasted as the Spirit brings you to this encounter through repentance. Repentance is the greatest health care that I know of. Great love and His passionate pursuit of you will never fail. On earth as it is in heaven.

Been through 59 Easter Celebrations. But nothing like this one. What He is doing. What He is saying to the bride right now. Some of this is so obvious and forgive me for pointing it out as I do know you get it. Its just that I can't believe I get to live in these days on His earth.... We will be on lock down more or less in our homes, cities and countries. Death has been proposed and the fear of death given some power even over the bride if that were possible. Passover and resurrection day on a path of prophetic declaration so we can't miss it. The Passover Lamb without spot or blemish given. The now empty tomb. The total destruction over the sting of death. The one who has the power of death now defeated by His resurrection Life. As we are in lock down, just as the Jewish people were on lock down of long ago, they were given the promise of the Passover lamb and the assurance that death would passover their homes. We have received the promise and now enter into new nature resurrection life. Sin and death put to death. I love intimidating satan and his crew with this reality. Ruins their day every time. Which I am delighted to do so. There won't be a lot of Easter egg hunts, brunches, family gatherings, the big Easter church service. Thank you living God that you have given us pause. You have kissed your bride that she might awaken for the days we live in. Calling us back to your first love. To the encounter of tidings of great joy. This powerful gospel of yours. Having us render more than our garments but rendering our innermost being as we know we have left our first love. The sweet gift of a spirit that repents, getting life giving thoughts instead of thoughts from the knowledge of the tree of good and evil that lead to death. The healing balm of your presence leading us into new encounters of your grace, mercy and power. So much love that you put us on pause that we might now give an account to you of our wayward hearts. We get to fall in love with you all over again. Reminding us of your desire for unity in your house starting with our own families. Then we move to the bride and from Heaven you have spoken unity and the earth is being shaken. Starting with your own house. We are being given the clear opportunity to put off the many distractions this world offers. You are reminding us again this place is not our home, we are but sojourners living in these tents of flesh soon to be put away. Prophetically like no other time in my lifetime He is showing us the stone that was rolled away. Like Lazarus He is calling us by name out of the tomb of death into His life. Captives are set free coming into His knowledge with understanding and joining wisdom to overcome this world with His love. May you see the stone rolled away in your life and come out of the tomb to His invitation of life in full measure with Him now.

For such a time you were called

Short word of encouragement during these days where the evil one has proposed one thing but the Lord has the final word.

What really works and what doesn't. It is true that is doesn't work or even help a lot when your feeling anxious and someone tells you be anxious for nothing. Being under duress, filled with fear, depression getting a bible verse thrown at you rarely if ever helps. See people on social media being critical of this very thing.... Kinda of like walking by a person who is hungry eating a giant sub sandwich and not breaking off a piece to share with that person. His friends were on a boat during a storm filled with major anxiety because they thought they were going to die. He was apparently taking a nap on the same boat. Jesus in His reality is catching up on some sleep. At peace. This peace He has developed with His Father through intimacy. He grew in grace and stature with the Father and man. He did some work to get this. He takes the truth of this inward peace He has developed with God and releases that reality into the reality of the storm. The storm loses out to His peace. What was making His friends anxious He took away. That is how He rolls. He took away their immediate fear of danger and death from the storm to be sure. Later on we find His friends no longer afraid of death. The storms no longer bring the intimidation they once did. They know who life is, a person, Jesus. His friends now do life in a way where freedom reigns from all forms of death. That is still true for His friends today. You are loved and blessed.

He has this way of getting us lit. It is known that mankind for the most part loves darkness. That was the judgement the Christ revealed to us. Our love for darkness. This old nature of ours is so comfortable with darkness. We are described in this nature by Him as walking around as though we were dead, in a tomb, white washed sepulchers.... Basically in this old nature we are zombies according to our creator. He didn't make us that way, its our current state. Jesus wants us woke. Not the way the world thinks of that term. Quite the opposite. He came to wake the dead, us. Into life, Him. Holy Spirit lights us up, illuminates us into new nature living. He reveals this great light shining in the darkness that all those that see this light, Jesus, and believe on Him get raised out of their current tomb into His life. Resurrection power today, right now, into your new nature. That nature will never die. The illumination of His intimacy with the Father and Holy Spirit gets imparted to you as you learn to walk in His light that He dwells in. Relationship in His light means you can see truth a person, Jesus. Holy Spirit has given us this huge grace lamp and He is shining that on you every single day, regardless of how dark it seems. You have been invited into light, the light of this world, a person. You never have to walk in darkness again. Your old nature, that part of your soul will fight you all the way for fear of dying. When it dies by the kind act of the Holy Spirit the soul get born anew submitted to the ways of life illuminated by Christ Himself. I love this picture because it reminds me even if it seems dark outside He has a way of lighting things up so I can see the beauty of His presence in all things. You are children of His light made in His image. The death image we walk around in today is a lie from the father of all lies. That garment, old nature living is a death shroud over us. Jesus took those graves clothes off of Lazarus his good friend and gave him garments of life in His light. Those garments of salvation in new nature living made of pure light, some calling them white robes, are yours for the asking.

Its amazing what you find out when you go in for your heart check up. Where you go for your check up is everything when it comes to heart health. A matter of abundant life if one would have it. Being in the examination room with my heart specialist I was sharing with Him that I am having trouble seeing and hearing from God. That I felt distant, disconnected from Him....Continue reading

Such a beautiful contrast water flowing in the dry places of the earth. Bringing life to those who would drink and are thirsty. New life forming along the river banks. Finding this water in the dry places is a real joy. Being still in the creation and hearing the voice of the living God. Drawn to Him to drink of His presence.... Stillness that draws us to Him comes from hearing Him above all other life issues that compete for your attention especially the storms in this life. Drinking the water of His presence daily will cause streams of living water to flow out of you as you become a Life carrier in the dry places. His compassion is the current of this water. It flows from above touching you allowing you to become compassionate toward others, the most powerful life giving force I know, His. In Compassion, a Person Yahweh, its not necessary for me to solve problems, fix issues, garner influence, seek power, have others conform to my way of thinking, change their mind, argue; those are the sounds of a noisy gong an exhausting lifestyle. Instead look at the dryness, the desperation of humanity needing a drink of living water and weep for the condition let your heart be a cistern of compassion. He will fill such a heart with living water until overflowing. His compassion is healing, transforming, powerful. His Life happens in compassion for you. He is revealed and we become undone. The hardest rock substance, the human heart, has a path of mercy cut through it by His compassionate waters and His life forms on your outer banks until Life consumes you and death has passed away. Such are the ways of the author of all life. Jesus is a life giving Spirit. He has no death, sickness, fear, anxiety, rejection, abuse to give its just not in Him. May you find His waters of compassion over your own life and drink deep and often. You are loved and blessed.

Great day of teaching on weapons of warfare with John and Jill - Genesis upper room church- San Jose- CA

He really enjoys it when we actually hold still before Him. Our thoughts, movement, concerns, circumstances holding them at bay while He takes deep pleasure in your presence with Him. Before we can even understand what it is to delight in Him. . . He shows us by how He delights in us. He always goes first. Its how we learn by His example and presence with us.... He certainly had the choice to have none of us. Since were here we already know His heart concerning this matter. He has never wanted you to become less than so He could become more. He already is the I AM. Completely at ease in His deity. He never marginalizes you as a person. He does kill your old nature. So your new one can live, the authentic you. Being still in Him reveals His heart of goodness toward you exhorting you into your new nature, how He sees you. After awhile you come around to see things the way He does. All the rejection, debasement, self criticism just loses its appeal and place in your life. This is what happens when you still yourself before Him. We all have heard the phrase and probably have repeated it "more of you God, less of me". In your new nature its all of you God and all of me because that delights His heart as well as your heart. So much joy in this place with Him. We don't become Him. We do partake of His nature through His goodness in Christ Jesus revealed to us by Holy Spirit. I checked with Him again today, you are loved and you are blessed.

Conversations with my Father have become much richer. The depth of insight with Him increased when He taught me that what I thought I knew prevented me from what He wanted to reveal. This is especially true when it comes to bible knowledge. So much of what I grew up with, the schools, apologetics really taught me sophisticated forms of blindness and deafness.... I had the surface word, the theory, a framework and form without power or the encounter. As a child I saw and was involved with many more miracles than when I was going through the formal education about Him. He is a God of Knowledge, Wisdom and all Understanding. He likes to share. Because I was puffed up with surface letter bible knowledge without the encounter I knew the letter that killed my own spirit. Sadly I passed that on. In His kindness he dropped the knowledge down into my being that lead to the encounters again. Repentance for me was prompted by His kindness. Knowledge became a person, Understanding became a Person as well as Wisdom. That person is Jesus. Holy Spirit unveils Jesus in your life. Today I joyfully get to represent His life communing with my own life. There is a great need to have a foundation with Him especially through scriptures. Otherwise are basis for an encounter with Him will most likely be compromised. Bible study without the encounter is pointless and dangerous. The evil one knows this. Its why he promotes this form of knowledge from the tree of knowledge that leads to death. All forms of indoctrination will put shackles on your person and prevent any real growth with you as a person. The ability for truth, a person (Jesus), to set you free will be severely hampered. He loves us so much that He will contend with our knowledge to set us free and bring revelation that delights His heart and ours. He is brilliant when it comes to removing the isms from your life. It gives Him more room to maneuver you into more of Him and more of you. Happy New Year as you will find yourselves being loved and blessed by Him, again.
