Cherish the Day. The only things that matter in my studio are the music, the dance and you. Through them, everything joyful follows. Happy holidays to all my dancing students, friends and friends of friends.

It’s been a busy year at For Fun and Fitness Studio. So many individuals opened up their lives to the world of dance and embraced the art wholeheartedly. I’ve been blessed by their presence, their excitement and the friendship. Thank you to all who have come and gone and to those who will stay for a while longer. It’s a pleasure teaching and dancing with all of you.

Took my Friday dancers to a Colombian event last night. It was hot, extremely crowded and loud but it was so much fun! Salsa, cumbia, bachata, merengue. From daylight to darkness. Ran into familiar faces (like my daughter and her friends). Made new friends and got challenged into a dance battle. Till next time, keep dancing...

Havana Night 2018. Cuban Style Salsa and Cha cha cha. Dominican Republic Bachata. Puerto Rican Salsa. Fusion Latin. Great music and lively crowd. Enjoyed the night dancing with my students and meeting new friends. Love my life!
