Websites like the YellowPages and Google have allowed another business to utilize our reputation by leaning on variations of our name and misleading our loyal customers. The three listings are in the screen shot here are up right now. :-( Much to our dismay, we've had customers call us and follow up about jobs we have done recently and to their surprise and ours- our comp...any was never involved! We are in touch with YP.com to remove these listings and "edit" the listings every day, but the false information is restored faster than we can keep up with. We have been in business since 1956 and owned/operated by the same family for four generations. Note that all of our service vehicles are marked with our company name and contact information. None of our security specialists will arrive in a sedan or unmarked vehicle. Any of our employees will gladly provide company ID or business card upon request. Our invoices are digital and we can always provide an emailed or texted copy of your invoice for service. And all of our locksmiths are licensed, as required by the state of California.

We are so grateful to our neighbors and customers who are continuing to patronize "the little guys" like us. Your loyalty during this time has helped us avoid any layoffs. Your diligence in wearing masks while visiting our store and maintaining social distancing has allowed us to resume full-time hours. Like much of the rest of the world, we haven't experienced anything like this in our 63 years in Hayward. In these uncertain times, so many of us little guys are in dire need... of community support. It is proving challenging and understandably so. In many households money is tight and unemployment is at an all-time high.
