Directions . 1qrt #saladmasterpan = 6 eggs. . Add 1tbl water ONLY! . Place on medium heat (300-350) . When valve clicks, turn heat to low (180) . Total time: 10-15mins (times vary) . After eggs fully cooked (I spin them to check) I will place eggs in freezer for 5mins. This helps shells coming right off. . Egg time 6mins for 1 egg, Add 1min for each additional egg. Why waterless cooking = MORE FLAVOR! Say no to mushy veggies . 3 Tips for better meal prep no one ever talks about #flashfreezing #lowertemps #waterless...cooking. . When ppl say I hate leftovers it’s usually bc the texture or flavor sucks. Here’s how you prevent that. . LOWER TEMP COOKING- most of us, turn the up to cook faster. But high heat cooking even medium heat can denature our foods nutrition (color) and minerals (flavor). When food loses color ex goes from green, to pale yellow to brown; it’s bc it’s lost valuable vitamins and minerals. . Hence, it now needs lots of salt and dressing. Cooking on a lower temp will prevent this. If time is an issue (saladmaster cookware cooks in a vacuum so it’s super fast) Instapot and air fryers cook w pressure & heat- so although they are fast the food is being denatured by losing lots of nutrients. This is why the food lacks flavor when reheated. FLASH FREEZING this small, yet life saving tip for meal prep. This food from continuing to cook. When veggies loose color, flavor or texturethey are over cooked! Flash freezing prevents all that. As soon as your veggies are done, take them off the stove and place in freezer for 5ish mins. BUT, don’t forget about them-set and alarm . Otherwise you for that freezer burn and that is a No-no! I do this w boil-less eggs. Watch video for more info. . WATERLESS or minimum moisture cooking, All our B vitamins are water soluble and so is Vitamin C. These are necessary for better immunity, hormones, skin, hair or even health. Water soluble means they are diluted in water. So boiling, steaming and water sauté deplete our foods from its vital nutrients. Most cookware is not designed for this technology but some are.
