Our office has charged suspect JOHN MATTHEW JUSTICE JR. with 4 Felony counts including Shooting at an Inhabited Dwelling and Discharge of Firearm with Gross Negligence along with several special allegations stemming from an incident that allegedly took place on December 5, 2020 of this year at Rolling Hills Casino in Corning, CA. He was formally arraigned Tuesday December 8, 2020 in Tehama County Superior Court and his bail is currently set at $1,500,000. HOLT with 14 Felony counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse, Oral Copulation with Child 10 years or Younger, Sexual Penetration by Use of Force, Lewd Act On a Minor & Possession of Child Pornography stemming from incidents that allegedly took place between September and November of this year here in Red Bluff, CA. She was formally arraigned Tuesday December 1, 2020 in Tehama County Superior Court and her bail is currently set at $2,000,000.
