Front Office Supervisor Flying Flags RV Resort and Campgrounds, Buellton CA The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for assisting in leading the front office staff at the Flying Flags RV Resort and Campgrounds and ensuring that each guest is treated with the highest standard of service. Their duties include but are not limited to scheduling the front office staff, supervising daily shifts, responding to guest complaints or requests, communicating between departments, an...d leading continuing front office training. Core Responsibilities: The core responsibility of the Front Office Supervisor is ensuring that the front office staff exceeds the expectations of the guest and goes above and beyond to create a personalized experience. A list of specific duties is as follows: Motivates the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution. Review arrival list for all arrivals to check hospitality site and RV allocations, amenities, and special requests. Oversee and supervises guest arrivals and departures. Integrates and trains employees, providing support for skills development. Ensures that all front desk employees are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc.) Assist with gift shop operations and sales. Familiarizes themselves with 3rd party Reservation Sites such as Expedia and Booking.com Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Two (2) years of Front Office experience Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Front Office operations. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Possess leadership qualities to oversee employee performance and motivation. Must be adept in conflict resolution as it relates to personnel and guest satisfaction. Assists management with meetings and training sessions to ensure an effective workforce Possesses strong business acumen, capable of looking at each decision through the lens of a business owner and operator Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills Additional Requirements: Should be able to communicate effectively Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Must be able to work weekdays and weekends.
