What a great group of instructors we have, thank you so much for all you do!

Here is Elgin Betancourt with SG Master Ed Parker and with me from the mid 80's, Sifu Elgin has been training with me close to 40 years and presently has 8th degree black belt.

We like to congratulate to our instructor Serena Mumford for getting 181 consecutive months of Perfect Attendance that’s coming to the studio twice a week for 15 years without missing a week, Great job!!
