Widespread outage in 29 Palms. The power company is calling it a repair outage, which means it was unexpected and could be the result of a traffic accident or wind damage that has a power line down etc. Our service should be restored as soon as they fix the issue with power. There is currently an outage that has been caused by the extreme winds we are having that is affecting customers in Landers and Flamingo Heights. We will fix the issue as soon as it is safe to do so. Any updates will be posted here as well as on our phone line message.

Sunday, 2/7/21 9:26pm Our uplink provider is again experiencing an outage, so we are running on backups. This is affecting customers in Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Landers, and Pioneertown. Your service will probably feel very slow until our uplink provider is back online. We will keep you informed here as things progress.

Our uplink provider has resolved the outage as of 2/7/21 8:19pm. Edit: 9:36pm it appears they are still working on it with ups and downs.
