WOW!!! Summer is upon us! We have some really fun camps planned. We have a week long Volleyball camp (July 18-22 and a second week of multi sport camp (July 25-29)! The camps will be in the mornings 9-12. Includes instruction, fitness training and nutrition and diet discussions. Camp size is small so one on one instruction is the norm.
