Friends, I am teaching at a wonderful pilates studio in Oakland on Grand Ave. called Power Up Pilates! It is a fabulously designed, gorgeous boutique studio great for intimate classes and sessions. We are having an open house this Saturday the 16th for friends, family and anyone who is interested to come hang out in the space, meet the instructors and have some treats!
