Working out when you don’t feel like it... . Not everyday will be stellar Some days you will get to the gym and kind of phone it in. This definitely should not be what you do at your regular go to gym sesh...but it’s ok to take it back a notch ... . This week during my Sprint class, I wasn’t hitting the gears I normally do. I just didn’t feel like I could push around that much weight. ... Did I beat myself up about it Did I push to incredible discomfort or pain to hit the number Did I give up NONO NO . I met myself where I was THAT DAY. I gave myself GRACE and APPRECIATED what my body could do for me that day. Treat your body right. I want to be healthy for my family. Losing body fat around my belly helps reduce my risk of health issues, increasing my muscular and cardiovascular endurance helps me to do fun thing like go for a hike when my oldest son says, Let’s have a mom and Mav adventure! . I want to be an example for my kids to lead healthy and active lifestyles and find activities they love . Nobody’s WHY is wrong...we are all different.
