Whether you’re here to take a class, a training session, sit on a hydromassage lounger, or just a brisk walk on the treadmill, coming to Fitness 19 is all about improving your quality of life and having fun. Our #Fit19Fam, along with the rest of the country, just spent an incredible amount of time at home with our families and roommates during the covid lockdowns, and as nice as that can be, it’s also nice to take some time out of the day to work out and take care of yourself in other words, have a little Me Time.
