It’s so great to be open again! We appreciate the patience and support of all our clients as we have and continue to navigate through this new time we’ve all found ourselves in. Our goal is to provide a healthy and safe environment for you to be able to continue with your fitness routines and goals. We have always maintained a very clean space for you, but we have increased the level of sanitation throughout the day. You will witness all of us wiping everything down throughou...t your sessions as well as continuing with our deeper cleaning every weekend. Schedules have been modified to minimize the number of clients and trainers in the studio at one time.
