The Environmental Law Clinic team just won a significant ruling in appeals court in a case calling for protection of California central coast waterways and residents from agricultural pesticide and fertilizer runoff. Former clinic students and SLS alums, John Ugai (’17) and Duncan Pickard (’17) worked on the extensive appellate briefing on behalf of clinic clients. Congrats to all!
