Food prep really can be a no-brainer. I use my #airfryer & my #vitamix every single day. You can cook up a batch of salmon & tofu super quick and throw it in a bowl with spinach, broccoli & mushrooms. Spray a little oil, add salt & pepper, lemon and balsamic. This literally took me 5 min. to put together. And that’s including taking the picture and posting this. We Love to eat and prepare quick & easy and delicious meals. It doesn’t have to be difficult and it can take virtually no time at all by using 3 or 4 ingredients and throwing them all together. Using leftovers cuts down the prep time even more. We just happened to have a whole steak left over from a family dinner. BAM Steak & eggs for breakfast. The lettuce was leftover too. A few last remnants ready to eat. Don’t overthink it. Oh. Em. Gee. Here we are in this old mining town in Bisbee, Arizona, home of the #Bisbee 1,000. So what is this #bisbee1000 ? It’s an annual race that takes runners through the town for approximately 5 miles and 1,000 steps of climbing through old cottages set along a Rocky mountainside built in the 1800s. The family that works together stays together. Started what I thought would be an easy project for my dad, which turned into 5 phases of team effort. From inception of the idea, to planning, to design, to structural changes, priming, painting, branding and last minute updates, we can proudly say we are doing it.
