1) November 1st All Saints Day- November 1st is All Saints Day the day we honor those who have passed over the last year. We will be honoring folks both during our online service and during our in person communion service that afternoon. Please send all names to [email protected]. 2) November 1st Communion Service- Our First regathered event last week went really well and I am so grateful to all of you who participated in the setup and everyone who was able to come.... We plan on having our next in-person communion service November 1st at 1pm. Please use the eventlink link to save your spot. 3) November 8th All Church Ministry Celebration and Meeting (Charge Conference)- November 1st at 1pm will be our all church ministry meeting and celebration we will be sending out the zoom link soon and everyone is encouraged to join as we celebrate this year in ministry and look forward to the next! 4) Giving to First United- We are working on when we can reopen as a community. I am grateful to our leadership team and our regathering team and the work they are doing to prepare us for the time when we can regather, when that day does come I want to assure you that we will continue to have an online option for our out of town folks. As part of that, we are redoing our lighting in the sanctuary so that the service will be streamable as well as available in person. If you would like to support the community either in a general way or support the updating project simply go to www.bit.ly/givetofirst there are drop-down menus for how you want to designate your gifts! 4) Families- Parents don't forget to watch the weekly children's moment with your kids and use the accompanying children's curriculum whenever it fits best with your family's schedule!
