Bank of America is offering two grants for Buyers, you do not have to be a First Time Buyer. The property must be your primary residence. The first grant is 3% of the Purchase price or up to $10,000.00 towards the Buyers down payment. The Second grant provides $7,500.00 for non recurring closing costs. There are income limits and the property must qualify too.

Therefore, this prospect Buyer may qualify for Down Payment Assistance Programs; these programs can help the First Time Buyer with funds for the down payment and closing costs. Some programs can be grants and other programs can be silent second loans that have a very low interest rate and no monthly payment. However, the First Time Buyer will have to pay the silent second loan if the loan is refinanced or the property is sold.
