Turmeric Fish with Dill & Mint This Vietnamese dish is everything I want as the weather warms up: it’s vibrant in color and flavor, quick to prepare and so, so good! Traditionally served over rice noodles, dipped in a lime-based dipping sauce before each bite, it can also be served over steamed rice, shaved cabbage (if you’re going the #grainfree route) or an abundance of vegetables.... We’re pairing it with a cucumber peanut salad for a meal that is zesty, refreshing and delicious for all. Asparagus Season has arrived in California! Does it feel like you’re wasting a lot of good product when you follow the oft-repeated advice to snap the ends (guilty! I’ve shared it) ? Your instincts are right!... Rather than snapping, simply take a vegetable peeler to the bottom few inches to trim off the coarsest part.
