#LocalFilmShowcase Get to know the great Director of the film ""The 11th Order"" Joshua DeFour. Joshua DeFour has been producing films since his first year in college, dropping out of a journalism bachelor's program in 2010 and joining the U.S. Marine Corps as a combat videographer to pursue filmmaking full-time. After leaving the Corps in 2014, he was hired by Fathead, LLC., and created video spots with Warner Bros. Pictures in support of the Harry Potter brand and a Father...'s Day veterans vignette in conjunction with Operation Homefront. After being accepted into the University of Texas at Austin's Film Production MFA program in 2015, DeFour completed his first festival-circuit short films, ""MATCH: A Tinder Tale,"" ""Baby Girl,"" ""10 Minutes To Show,"" and ""Plunge."" His fifth film, ""The 11th Order,"" was completed in 2019 and was a semifinalist for the 2019 Student Academy Awards.
