Today we honor the Chinese New Year Lantern Festival, also known as the Chinese Valentine's Day! We wish you quality family time tonight!

We being in West Berkeley, just a brisk walk from the Bay as much as we enjoy our location in the Greater Bay Area. And we appreciate our clients and learning their stories. We are watching the wildfire coverage, wearing our N95 masks underneath our COVID-19 masks and thinking of you. We are all affected by these wildfires in air quality, clients, friends and family who are close to or are evacuating, and we are talking to you when you call to answer your questions about your coverage and assist you with your claims. We meet twice a week and go over which insureds may be affected. Please don't hesitate to contact us - we're here to help out. When you leave a voicemail, we'll call you right back. You are invited to join us virtually at the Drivers For Survivors annual Black and White Ball next Friday! You won't want to miss the entertainment and admittance is free (but have your credit cards ready as you will want to shop the auction!). This organization is close to our heart as they provide transportation and companionship to ambulatory cancer patients. We hope you'll join us in supporting their mission.

While everyone is talking about what school will look like in the Fall, our client The Oakland REACH is making sure Oakland school children do not fall behind. Today we wish our Baby Fidelity, Patsy's daughter, a very Happy 1st Birthday! We hope you get to eat cake today, you special girl! And enjoy this silver lining of being together today! We can't wait to see which milestone you will reach next!

On this 155th anniversary of our country’s formal emancipation from slavery, Fidelity Insurance Service honors today as an opportunity to join in and spread awareness of Juneteenth. While we have been living through difficult and challenging times recently, it is important to remember that many have been living through oppressive times for hundreds of years. Together, let’s use today as a marker to do better and see how much progress we can make by Juneteenth 2021.

Our Insurance Speciaiist, Debi, works remotely from Colorado, where their SIP was lifted at the end of April. She took advantage of the time to have her grandkids come over and together they got a head start on family fun in the sun! We will log off at Noon today to spend time with our families and remain closed until Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in honor of Memorial Day. We hope you enjoy a safe and healthy holiday weekend with your loved ones.

Our team is doing our best to make the most of WFH during this #Covid19 SIP - looking for the silver lining when we can't be in the office meeting with you! Today this allowed Felicia to walk Mimi to her annual check-up at the vet. How are you making the most of this temporary 'new normal?'

We've been Sheltering in Place for over 60 days now! While we miss collaborating with each other in the office, we have found some silver linings. Patsy's daughter will turn 1 next month and earlier this week she was blessed with seeing her take her first steps!! Priceless! Llevamos más de 60 días refugiándonos en casa debido al Toque de queda.
