It’s time for a mid-week check-in How are you doing?! [GIF] of your current mood.
2021 is going to be a BIG YEAR. I’m putting myself on notice and making it Facebook official here are some of my personal goals for the year... 200 push-up daily... work-out 30 mins a day Become a better leader/coach to my clients Focus on my eating behaviors...(yes, I fell off the wagon too) Spend more quality time with my family/kids When you share your goals publicly, it makes them more REAL and it gives them even more power. MINDSET MATTERS! It’s the season for gratitude! It’s pretty easy to be thankful for the upbeat things that make us feel secure, happy, and healthy. I’m talking about your home, your family, your car, holidays, kittens, pumpkin pie, etc. I am very grateful for so many things this year!... But this season I’m challenging myself to be thankful for some more unconventional things that weren’t always so upbeat. Like having learn distance learning! Having to pivot our entire business model over night! not to mention the entire distruption of our "normal" routine Do I wish it could have been avoided? Heck yes. But thinking about what if’s doesn’t change the fact that it DID happen. Personally, I’ve realized even more just how fortunate I am, my family is, and how important it is to be prepared, ready to pivot when needed. It’s not so much about learning lessons it’s more about resetting priorities, appreciating people, valuing time, being present in the moment, not being silent... and so much more What UNCONVENTIONAL things do YOU feel gratitude about this year?

TRUE or FALSE The fitter you are, the more you sweat. ... FACT! Fit people tend to sweat more than people who don’t work out regularly. It’s all about how much heat they generate! The fitter you are, the higher your workload and the higher your workload, the more heat you generate! That’s what leads to the extra sweat. Also men tend to sweat more than women because they are bigger and generate more heat.
Have you seen THE LAST DRAGON yet!? I love this MOVIE so much. Whenever I need a dose of motivation, I TURN IT ON...[I am letting you all in my world] Motivation is like any other skill you have to work at it to keep it strong. But it doesn’t have to FEEL like work. This is why this movie is AMAZING!... Every time I WATCH IT, I get fired up to work out, reaffirm my commitment to myself and get back to me realize " I AM THE MASTER" This Movie is about finding the "master" inside you because it was there along. Realizing that you can do it if you believe in yourself. There’s no reason to have to grind it out when sometimes all you need to do is watch/listen to/read something inspiring to help get you back on track! What’s inspiring YOU right now!?
