After 3 years Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) has brought back our AmeriCorps Program for the 2019-2020 term. This new programming has been funded by a sub-grant through Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC) in Middletown, CT. FHCN is proud to be hosting 6 members located in Fresno, Kings and Tulare Counties. Members have been working on creating a curriculum catered for both youth and adult populations for the purpose of educating our communities on Opioid/Substance abuse an...d prevention. In response to COVID-19 times FHCN’s AmeriCorps have created a social media campaign to continue to virtually educate our communities and respect the social distancing recommendations.
