Morning journal session revelation: Leadership to me has many avenues of approach. You can lead from the front!... You can lead from the back! You show up and set the tone and be the example for people to follow! Your teams! Your followers! In humility , not pride or ego! I put myself in a place of how would I want to be lead, and reflect on this concept of how leaders I’ve had before have led me! Some good. Some bad. But life lessons learned from all interactions.
