FYMO's summer sewing workshop

If you'd like to enhance your fine-motor skills, sewing is the way to go. Learning to sew will increase your hand-eye coordination, requiring you to pay keen attention to detail. It encourages creative flow, which improves the brain's ability to create new brain cells. Sewing keeps the mind clear, focused and active, supporting the area of the brain responsible for memory, the hippocampus. ***Some benefits of sewing include*** stress relief... improved hand-eye coordination brain growth happiness and even fights dementia!!! She will be facilitating one of our "SEWING 101" workshops starting Thursday, June 20!
