It encompasses some of the most sought after value properties just a stones throw away, East of downtown San Diego, starting in Golden Hill, spilling into South Park, Grant Hill, Stockton, and as far (or as close) as Webster/Ridgeview. We firmly believe this area has the most bang for your buck if you want to park your money in a property within a zip code that’s attached to Balboa Park and has some reasonable value still.... They say a rising tide lifts all boats. As the price per square foot increases in enclaves close to downtown, this will have the effect of increasing prices in areas encompassing the Eastern portion of this zip code.
