Here are some of our Frequently Asked Questions: Q. What is your price range? A. We unfortunately cannot really generalize a certain price range for our repairs. Each repair is different dependent upon the quality of the repair job and labor that goes into it. If you do have specific questions about certain repairs, feel free to contact us via phone or message/comment with a photo of the damage and we will do our best to quote you.... Q. Where are you located? A. Our address is 485 East 17th Street Suite 111, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. We are located on the first floor of the Newport Office Tower building (shown above). You can't miss it. It's situated directly behind La Cave and Fit Foods. If you have trouble still trying to figure out where we are, look in our photos. We have mapped it out for you. Q. What are your hours? A. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 6:30pm, Saturday from 9:00am - 5:30pm, and Sunday we are closed. Q. What are your holiday hours? A. We are closed on the majority of major holidays such as January 1st, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Q. Do you charge first? A. Yes. We do charge for repairs first. Q. What kind of repairs do you do? A. We repair almost anything from shoes, handbags, belts, bean bags, suitcases, etc.; orthopedic is our specialty. We also do stretching and heel height reconstruction. We also do Christian Louboutin signature red sole replacement as well. In case you have a hard time trying to locate our store, here's a map with easy directions. Coming in from Irvine Ave is easiest to get to our location. Just look for Fit Foods and the tallest building labeled "Newport Office Tower" in red, right behind it and that's where we are!
