(ACE) This growing field is gaining popularity and scope. Health coaches help guide behavior change for individuals wanting to address challenging lifestyle behavior change. Health coaches are effective in helping people realize and set goals, and co-create action plans that align with a person’s values. They help w...ith weight loss, reducing/preventing high blood pressure, diabetes, stress, sleep issues, smoking cessation etc. They also help those desiring to increase their physical activity and assist with nutrition guidance. They can work in person with someone or can be available via video conferencing as well as coaching by phone.
