What are you drinking today? Fortifying your water with herbs, slices of cucumber, citrus, apples, and more will boost nutrition and hydration and add flavor to your water. Watermelon juice - a great source of lycopene- and coconut water are two of my favorites. #thehealingchamber

My thoughtful and obviously very creative, artistic client just sent me this photo of herbs I had given her that she then arranged in a vase! We are all for popularizing herbal bouquets! I think it is beautiful and handy for pinching a couple leaves off to toss in your water glass or any dish you are making! What herbs are you loving right now? Ironically, there is no Rosemary in that Rosemary vase!
