The end of my workout is my favorite part, I live for the end of the workout. I love seeing the changes in myself and seeing myself get stronger week by week. What we love about Sheri is her ENERGY and COMMITMENT. Meet your trainer What’s up guys, I have been a trainer for 5 years and I truly love what I do. ... I was a dancer beginning at a young age all the way to the end of high school and once I was done, I found my love for teaching fitness. One of my favorite things about being a trainer is meeting new people and being a part of their journey. I love watching people come in and seeing their confidence grow. I can’t wait to meet you!
