Congrats to our first Experience 5k Group!! If I had to label this group with one of our 4 traits we strive to create/teach it would be MOTO!!! Yall da bomb!

We have a huge group gathering this Saturday to run their final run of Experience 5k! Tomorrow they will meet for the last training run this has been 8 weeks of Consistency, Accountability, Motivation and Mental Toughness.
