Exchequer Mountain Bike Park

We have had quite a few requests for some stickers to represent the bike park. We had 30 printed and you can get yours for $5 at the entrance kiosk. All proceeds go right back into the trails. Things like signs and wood for ramps and tools etc. #thankyouforyoursupport - #mountainbike

Alright... it took a little bit but we let the #nica #norcal teams that helped build the trail come up with a name for it. The trail needs some maintenance in the weed eater department but she officially has a name so hopefully a sign soon. Temporary Suspension of Lake McClure and McSwain facilities In accordance with federal and state health and safety guidance, MID is taking temporary steps in support of efforts to reduce the potential spread of coronavirus. In an effort to protect public health and the safety of our park visitors, volunteers and staff, camping and day-use facilities will be temporarily closed at Lakes McClure and McSwain. This includes fishing and recreational boating. Full refunds will be pr...ovided to customers whose reservations have been canceled for camping or cabin rentals. Minimal access will be provided for: Those needing to access their houseboat can do so from McClure Point or Barrett Cove launch facilities. Those with existing camping reservations that include a motorhome or trailer with a self-contained restroom only at McClure Point, Barrett Cove or Lake McSwain. The dirt was perfect today and you can tell by the smiles on Joey and Hailey. They drove down from Stockton to the bike park for the first time. They said it has been their favorite place to ride yet. Hailey is brand new to the sport and you couldn’t wipe the smile off her face. A great day at the bike park with five volunteers from the Exhcequer Riders Club and a park ranger out in the #bikepark preparing for another new #trail. It is so awesome to have willing #volunteers dedicated to the bike park. Also we can’t say enough about @lakesmcclure.mcswain and the support they give.
