Updating Aeries Communications Preferences From the Parent Portal. Click on Communications from the left side menu. 1. Once in Aeries Communications, click on your initials on the top left of the screen. 2. From the drop-down menu that appears, select Notifications. 3. A list of the communication types will display with checked boxes that indicate what notification preference is... selected for you (Call, SMS, Email). You can de-select: Call- if you wish to not receive phone calls for a certain type of notification SMS- if you wish to stop receiving text messages Email- if you no loner wish to receive emails The changes are live so there will be no need to save.
