Happy Tuesday everyone! We’re excited to announce that we’ll be supporting SF Baykeeper for our Sales Event this upcoming Thursday! San Francisco Baykeeper is... one of the 300+ waterkeeper organizations worldwide that work to reverse environmental damage and promote new policies to protect our water quality. The main role of the Baykeeper is to use water quality monitoring and on-the-water patrols to identify the greatest threats to the health of our ecosystem and to secure smart solutions through advocacy, public education, and action. Their areas of focus are to compel cleanups of refineries, coal and chemical facilities, and landfills, keep untreated sewage out of the Bay, create new standards for cities in cleaning stormwater, and climate change adaptation. They also offer a pollution hotline as a way to confidentially report incidences of pollution. We’ll be donating the profits from this sales event to SF Baykeeper to contribute to their efforts towards water conservation, so be sure to come to our event and help protect our Bay!
